Grace at Work: A Revelation of Purpose, Power, and Possibility.
The Elevation Church is my home church, and this year, a new system was introduced where a specific book is assigned or else recommended for the entire church to read each month. This month&rsquos book is Grace at Work, written by the Global Lead Pastor of The Elevation Church, Pastor Godman Akinlabi.
The book focuses on the different dimensions of grace that God has revealed and made evident within the ministry of The Elevation Church. These graces represent the spiritual and operational foundations upon which the church is built and continues to thrive. They highlight how divine empowerment works actively in various areas of life, ministry, leadership, and personal growth. Grace is not abstract or else passive, but a practical force that enables believers to accomplish what would otherwise be impossible through human effort alone. There are key expressions of grace such as saving grace, enabling grace, serving grace, leadership grace, wisdom grace and enduring grace, showing how each one plays a role in fulfilling purpose and destiny.
Upon reading this book, I gained a deeper understanding of the different dimensions of grace and how they operate in everyday life. It helped me recognize that success and progress are not solely dependent on effort, but also on divine empowerment at work within and around me. There has been a significant difference in how I approach my responsibilities, decisions, and personal growth. I am more intentional about relying on grace in my actions and my awareness of how God&rsquos grace guides and sustains me in fulfilling my purpose has been strenghtened.
