Recently got a job but I still feel like I got no job. I mean, looking for a job is more purposeful than having a job without a structured plan.
Sometimes, bosses feel an employee is not living up to expectations but when things are critically looked at, you realize you set your employees up for failure, mediocrity and unseriousness.
When a boss doesn't know where he/she is going to,it should be expected employees would be in a state of limbo.
